Andy...I've done this and if you have a shop and basic toolsyou can do it.....I hate to think what it would cost cause my conversion take almost 4 months....but here's a few things that are major thing to do....and if you have a junk 350 block ...strip it bare cause you'll put it in and out maybe 50 times fitting things....you have to take the "M" flywheel and have an adapter machined to fit the 350 crank.....you also take the 1/4" adapter plate between the M motor and bellhousing and fit it to the back of the 350....(this I also take to the machine shop)....also take the rad. to a rad. shop and explain what your doing and they well put in the bigger tubes....the rest is just fitting problems....fuel pump....(notch frame)..make front mounts....I take fan shoud and welded a piece of flat bar all way around shoud also made fan holle larger and mounted an electric fan(full size chev car)operate with water temp and oil press. tells it when to come on.......Andy be prepared...it cost around $2000. when I was done and that's with the engine being rebuilt(I did myself).....I hope this helps but these are only the majors....lots of little ones in the process of making it fit....and by the way I didn't lengthen the frame rails...I should have maybe couple inches cause I don't know if you can get but a couple pieces of paper between fan pulleys and electric fan mounts......Good Luck....
