I bought a farmall super C a couple of years ago.

It is nice but I going back to a Case...

A farmall A and a case SC or DC are worlds apart.
If you had a small place and were mowing stuff
the little A would be the berry.. As a cultvating
tractor there is none better. light, little and nimble easy to unstuck and work on.

but if you were farming and you were going to pull
a wheel disk all day get your DC out...

A case DC was made to pull a plow or disk all day or cultivate big straight fields.. It is not good to get in and out of tight spots and be nimble.

Case brakes are not the best.. I remember cultivating corn as kid and have the cultivator ball up with morninglorry vines and the cultivator
pull the nose of the tractor downhill sideways and not have any left brake to keep her straight.

I do love the way my super C turns and steers..
Farmall does have its strong points. this is from a case die hard... I guess in the end I like the
lugging power of the case.

There is no one perfect brand or a perfect tractor
for everyone you have to figure your own needs.
