Been away from the board a couple of days but would like to answer your question. I did a little flying in my younger days (thats before marriage and kids). My MOS in the army was 67C20, single engine, fixed wing, aircraft mechanic. Specifically, on the Otter. Later, my CB handle was Barnstormer. My wife always accused me of trying to make the car fly (cruised at 85 in '70) Now, it relates to the "difficult" conversations that we sometimes have and I "storm" to the barn. Not really. She has been really good about my hobby as long as it don't involve her too much. There it is.
