SO Much Work, AND I'M NOT EVEN AT THE PLOW PART!

I had to change the right axle on my '45 A. Then I changed the left seal. I FINLLY FIXED THE RIGHT BRAKE WHILE I WAS CHANGING THE AXLES. The sad little tractor had a rotted brake pin and worn brake band. Then someone tried to butter up the right fender with that wall chalk stuff. When I took the fender off I had to pull on it because I couldnt find a flat head screwdriver and the mounting part broke off. Then when I had to use the chainfalls (I'm SOOO GLAD my dad got the Chainfalls!!)I had to tip the hole rotted seat back. It was all wired up and had a square tube on the back part. THen I noticed the S/N tag about to fall off and that bracket rotted. Finally I had to do the left axle and put a new seal in that.All the bolts were loose and the alignment pin shoved back. When I took it off I noticed a twisted off a mounting bolt. I got the bearing/seal thing out and 90 wt oil poured all over. I FORGOT TO DRAIN THE REST OF THE OIL OUT!! We had a new seal for my BN that we didn't need so I put that on. Thats as far as I got so far. I started painting the wheelweights and it looks like junk. But I guess a tractor is a tractor, no matter how pretty or ugly it is. But cant paint that good with spray cans.
