Hydraulic loader won't stay up

I recently put a loader on my H. It has one way cylinders which I plumbed the same way as it was on its previous H. Each cylinder is plumbed to a port on their respective side of the tractor. I've got plenty of fluid in the system since the loader goes up all the way. The problem is the loader won't stay up, it slowly lowers to the ground. Does the system need bleeding somehow? What am I missing?
