If the old one is in any shape at all,you can take it to your nearest bearing dealer (Bearings INC) and they can determine the correct replacement. If they can read off the old one the make and part number, chances are almost 100% that they can match it. They can also match if they can take basic measurments, i.e. ID, OD and width. Might even surprise you at the low cost.
