If you call Charlie Simpson at Duplicast metal works In indianapolis, He can give you a guys phone number who makes the nicest fenders around. He also makes the tool boxes. I think the guys name is Len Spohlman. He is in Eastern PA. There are two other guys who make them but they either have a seam along the egde that the originals didn't have or are made from Galvanized sheet metal which is also wrong and poses a painting problem. As far as the shutters go, the one used in 1926 were a type of black oil cloth that you had to roll up manually. It hooked in sheetmetal tabs that bolted to the bottom of the radiator and when you had it unrolled to where you wanted it it hooked into the holes that run up the side rails of the radiator. I can say that original examples are very rare. If you see one at a tractor show take plenty of pictures and measurements. If you need I took pics of this type shutter that I saw on a 28 Farmall Regular I can send you. I am not sure when the Metal type shutter was used but it was much later in late 1937 on 10-20s and the use on 15-30s would have been close to the same time.I also think that temp gauges were not used until the metal shutter was used but I may be wrong on that
