Oldrediron, I, too, was at a show this past weekend but not the same one as you as we had about 6 or 7 H's (mine included). This was the first show for the newest Chapter of IH Collectors(Chapter 30, Northwest IH Collectors) I arrived on Friday afternoon to set up the tent and was given a spot at the end of "JD Row". As each Farmall was registered, the owners were "encouraged" to park by the IH Tent. Some did, some didn't. By Saturday noon, we had about 20 Farmalls gracing our spot ranging from a beautifully restored 1937 F-12 on Full Steel to a 240 RC working tractor. We welcomed all restored or not, or just in street clothes. The perfectionadoes were there as well. I made it a point to ask each one I heard making comments, like you mentioned, what their latest restoration was. That usually ended the comments as they moved on to the other colors at the show. The others are right on the mark! There's always at least one in every crowd who need to look at those four other fingers when making a point.//FB
