Yes it is too far to ship a steel wheel. I live about 25 miles south of lansing. As for the F-12 rear wheel they will fit an H. I have cut offs on the H now that belong to an F-12. Hope that helps and F-14 I hope your guy finds a set of steel rears. They are getting harder to find.
