Fixed 2 problems over the weekend on the M

Well I bit the bullet and dropped the belly pump on the 41'M. it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I dropped it out using a floor jack and 2 helpers to steady it. I had 2 problems. The first was while looking up under the inspection hole at the bottom of the flywheel housing I could see the clutch pilot bearing grease tube lying across the bottom of the housing. The only way i could get it out was to tie a wire to it through the hole, remove the belly pump and push the wire up around the side of the flywheel. This worked well, now I hope I can get it back where it belongs. The second problem was, after putting in 13 gallons of gear oil in the trans (I only got 3 out!) it was leaking out around the belly pump. come to find out it is the seal out of the tranny drive for the belly pump. All things concitered it was a good idea to drop the pump, the bad part was there was a rat nesting in there, now he is somewhere in the barn! I am enjoying tinkering on my M
