Terry I go through this problem about once a year on Old Red H. I always position the tractor so I can drive it out of the barn. This is not the safest thing but I warm up the engine and shut it off. I set the throttle at idle and select first gear. I start the engine and idle out of the barn. Then I throttle up and keep the clutch pedal depressed. It takes anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and the clutch plate finally will release.
