6 gallons BTD. Note my post below to Bradley a few threads down. Bradley you definitely want to remove that front plug also. You will get a quart or 2 of 90 weight from there. Also on the belt pulley. The transmission slings 90 weight into the belt pulley assembly. It is designed to hold about 1/2 quart in the lower section of the assembly. Remove the 4 face bolts and tap the pulley out about 1/4 inch. The face casting will also come out with the pulley. You will get a good 1/2 quart or so of 90 weight and water. Condensation collects in the belt pulley assembly being the highest point on the transmission. Save 1/2 quart to a quart of the new 90W to refill the belt pulley assembly. Filler plug is on top. Don't worry about overfilling. The excess will drain back into the transmission.
