It doesnt have either.It would take me some time and work to get it to run.I say that but I may be able to put some gas in it and pull the crank a time or two and it fire right up.I do know its free.It will need plug wires for sure as the ends are broken off on a couple,maybe three.The rears appear to be 36 but could be the 38s.They arent weather checked at all except for the one bad front.I have made several attemps at contacting the owner since my last post with no luck so far.I didnt want to move around some of his stuff to get a better look at things since he wasnt there and I was technically trespassing!IDid a little searching in some books as well and discovered that what I though was the rears of the cultivators was accually a corn planter for the hydraulic lift or am I getting all of that stuff mixed up on the names?I have one 14 but would like another or just some type of attachment(s) for it.
