Marvel Mystery Oil

I visited an old friend yesterday and of course the conversation turned to tractors, engines, and other related stuff. This old Southern guy is very smart and has been around for a while, so what I'm gonna tell ya will no doubt get some response. He asked me if I knew the difference between Marvel Mystery Oil and grade 3 (or 4) transmission oil? I don't know! He explained that they are both one and the same. The information I've gleamed from "Vernon" you can take to the bank.So I have no reason to doubt this little tidbit of information. On another note: I live near the capital of NC, lots of people from all over move to this area every day, high class place to live with million dollar homes and fancy cars all over. Saturday I was driving around (kinda out in the country) and saw a man plowing a field with a horse. What a sight, something you don't see around here every day. My father use to plow that way only with a team of horses and was in South Dakota. Super AV restoration continues.....just about ready to pull the engine. Then my questions will start.
