In dave#1's pic below, both "B and C" spin when it comes into contact with the clutch fingers. The bearing was just stiff and I couldn't turn it. Checked it out tonight. I had someone turn the motor over with the crank handle while I engaged the clutch and watched with a flashlight up in the bottom bell housing hole. Everything's cool. Just had so many different answers that didn't make sense at my IH dealer. They steered me wrong and I was disappointed. If they didn't know if it turned, than that's what they should have told me.
