I don't know anything about your tractor, etc. And maybe the other posts are your solution. However, it sounds to me like your problem could be misalignment of the shafts and couplings. If you have a rigid coupling in the shaft and things aren't lined up perfectly, it will cause the shaft to flex every revolution and eventually break due to fatigue. Solution is to make sure all is in perfect alignment. A pump with a larger diameter shaft will help. Of course if you are overloading because of pressure relief problems none of this applies.
