If all the sheet metal is there, no dents or rust and all of the small parts and pieces, with 2 point and 3 hydraulic control valves I would probably offer 1500 to 2000. As for what it will take to get it in operating condition, the sky and you pocket book are the limit. If you want to bring everything up to top condition then your looking at a lot of money. I bought a 400 Diesel $3000.00 It ran, the sheet metal was perfect, all the small parts and peices were there, it had a wide front, tires need replacing, it had 3 hydraulic control valves and it came with a 2 bottom roll over plow. If you tear the whole thing down and check all the bearing and replace all the seals plus your going to have to tear the engine down. You could spend $5000.00 in the blink of an eye. It really depends on how far you want to go in restoring the tractor.
