We are having very similar problems with our TD25B. Over the last year the overheating problems have just gotton worse, now we could probly run for 2hrs when its 30* out before we'd be done for the day. We have gone through every possible thing you could imagine, had some mechanics come and look at it that worked on these machines for all their life and they couldn't figure it out either. This engine probly has 300hrs on it at most since it was completely rebuilt. Tomorrow we are pulling the heads off to see if we can find anything(no water in oil and no bubbles in water now). We were told that the head torque specs were changed to a lighter torque because of warping problems, but didn't find this out until last year, too late. Ours still starts up and runs just fine, but doesn't take long to overheat. I'll get back with you if we find anything.
