Looking for a tractor to use on my land breaker disc (7' tandem 3 pt. weighs 2000#). Weight should be around 9,000# and cost under $10,000 for a good quality machine. I have to trailer it so would not want to be much over 9,000# but it has to be heavy enough to keep the front end down. Using a 730 JD now that weighs 8,800# and the front comes up on that when putting it on the trailer. Are there any models or transmissions to avoid? Someone suggested an 806 or a 1086. Are these possibilities? Appreciate any suggestions.
