I think the pipe that sticks out under the belt pulley is the outlet for the Lift All (belly pump) hydraulic unit. The location to add the Transmission fluid is on the top plate of the transmission. It's a plug with a 1/2 inch (or maybe it's 3/4) square socket in it for screwing it out. Not too familiar with the H, but on the M, it's on the right side, about where you put your foot when sitting in the seat. You can use either the 90W gear oil, or the HyTran tractor fluid. Some folks think the HyTran is too thin for these old tractors, but I've had no problems using it. The belly pump hydraulic unit is filled through a port in front of the belt pulley gear housing. There is also a fill port on the belt pulley housing, but that is only for the initial filling of the belt pulley gears which are connected to the transmission an lubricated from the trans in operation. To completely drain the transmission, you have to take the belt pulley shaft retainer bolts loose and pull the shaft out to get the oil out of there as it does not drain all back to the trans. There is also a secondary drain for the tranmission at the front end of the transmission under the tractor. This in addition to the one at the back under the PTO. You should find a level plug on some place on the left side of the transmission somewhere around the clutch pedal linkage. Fill the trans until it comes out that hole. Also the lift all hydraulic unit drains from the reservoir that sticks down under the tractor just behind the clutch. Use non detergent 30weight oil in the hydraulic unit. And lastly, You need to get yourself an owners Manual and read it.
