Most of this information that's useful is derived from the Nebraska Tractor Tests, and is probably copyrighted. This would be a problem for the blanket use which you're requesting. Posting data for an individual tractor, such as the 350 diesels per your request below, should be fair use of the information, but dumping the whole body of information crosses over the line of what's legal and reasonable IMHO. The NTT results for basically every tractor produced and tested since the 1920s are available from the test lab, and are summarized in several books available from sources like Amazon.com and various bookstores. I'd assume a portion of the purchase price finds its way back to the test lab and helps to fund continuation of this excellent service.
