There is a drain plug in the bottom of the hydraulic reservoir. When you refill it, it takes 6 quarts of oil. 30 wt, non detergent oil works the best. On the belt pulley, there is no drain. I'm not sure if it can drain back into the transmission if its over filled. There is an oil seal on the pulley end of the shaft that can be replaced. Your best bet is to get a manual before you take apart the belt pulley assembly.
