Dont know whats special about them.Every H and m Ive ever seen on steel has those.Maybe rare nowadays.Best advice I can give you is to park it on wooden planks.Itll tear up concrete and sink into the ground and MAKE SURE THE SEAT SPRING AND SHOCK ARE IN GOOD SHAPE.The ride is less than desireable on hard ground!
