Kirk, Put a small chisel behind the bearing a tap it a bit. This bearing should slide off. If it turns on the axle it probally has a groove cut in the axle. After you get it off,clean up the axle and make it smooth if you can. When you re-install the bearing, take a center punch and put a couple of diviots on the axle, right where the bearing rides, so when you put the bearing back on it doesn't turn on the axle.
