I found this in a local online classified ad site. Seller doesn't know what it fits. Neither do I.

In 1946 Allis-Chalmers WC dad bought new had a Monroe seat on it. It was an after market option on the WC then. Sure was a nice seat in its day.

"Sometime" after the war, Farmall started using the Monroe seat with the shock behind the spring.

In 1952 and '53 models, the shock was moved in front of the spring like your picture.

The universal Monroe seats had some extra offset holes so they fit both IH and John Deere. This one looks like only one row of holes and it has the IH pan seat so I'd say it fits H or M

Monroe "Easy-Ride" seat, made around 1949-1951. The ones on our H and M has the shock mounted behind the spring. The one on my LOVE rowcrop is like your picture with the shock in front of the spring.

Looks like the universal model from MONROE. That seat could fit any tractor that had a flat platform. I took one like that off an A Farmall also removed one from a B. Some evem put them on their John Deeres. There should be stamped somewhere on the frame the model.
