wd 45 plow is up or all the way down no in-between

I need help, I need to start plowing! but, my allis is plowing too deep. I raise the lever and plow comes out of ground. I lower it a little and it slowly lowers too deep, no in-between. What am I doing wrong

I ended up putting the depth control chains on my 3 point hitch. They work perfect but it's a pain getting it set up. There's posts here that show how to make the key-hole plates out of steel and I've seen them at Farm and Home stores too, like Buchheits and Orshlens.

If you are using a ac snap-coupler plow and you set the lift arms for drift control then all you have to do is adjust the crank on the plow for depth. If you have a home made three point on the tractor and a three point plow I doubt if it will work.

Hi is there any kind of float control on your tractor? John deere has this devivce and it acts about the same way if you have it on auto (check in the maual if you have one)are there any other levers around by your three point lift lever? good luck!
