Praying for your son. Any of us could die in one second, any breath could be your last. Let God be God, not a doctor. Talk with him now. Tell him why you need to be healed. Get acquainted or reacquainted. God Bless. Cancer 20 years ago. Great Physician can heal.

Mortal man can never predict what our eternal Father has in store for us, And never will be able to give a time limit on a life. This is seen in several testimonies in this post.I know it's very hard to understand at a time like this, with a heavy heart full of anticipation, that God gave you your son for a time to enjoy, share, and mold him into the fine man he is today. My prayer is for God to comfort you and be with you no matter the outcome. I also ask for Him to be merciful on your son, And remove the cancer from his body. In Jesus name I ask thee Lord.---A-men

Praying for your son and all of his family. My father had colon cancer and was given 6 months to live in 1976 at the age of 56. Last Friday, I stopped by his house on his 88th birthday and he was out mowing the yard-----with a push mower!

I know how you're feeling, my sister was just been diagnosed with Lymphoma AILD and there's no cure said it would be a waste of money to treat with chemo. Started with a little lump on her neck and they removed it and the lab results came back positive. They said her smoking had nothing to do with it. Hal

He's in my prayers.
A word of encouragement- my daddy was told that he had 2 years tops back in 71- he was 34, testicular cancer unchecked had gotten in to every thing. 3 kids and a business. They took out a lung, a kidney, and other stuff- shot him full of chemo and radiation. After that, they said while you're alive, don't ever have children- we shot you so full of radiation we don't know what will happen.
Daddy died in 98- he lived another 27 years, had two more boys who look so much like him it's scary, and lived to see all his kids get married and a pile of grandkids born. Active up until the day he died, fishing, building race car engines and just fooling around in his retirement. I'm praying that your son's life will end up as well as my fathers.

Sorry to hear the news.

Just for a word of hope here, I have an aunt who found out she had an inoperable brain tumor a while back. Dr gave her 6 months tops. She tried an experamental radiation treatment so she might get a little more time to take care of her small kids. Had a girl 6 and boy 3. She still has bald spots the size of silver dollars above both ears. Her boy who was a todler when she found out about the tumor is going to graduate high school this year, and you would never know any thing was ever wrong with her, unless you look real close for the bald spots.

She was on the prayer list for every church in over 3 counties.

Best of luck and prayer sent.

Dave

Prayer sent, don't give up hope. With that much time, he may have a good chance. They're coming out with new treatments often. And thanks for his service.

About 25 years ago a neighbor of mine was told she has cancer and will be dead in less than 2 years. Saw her the other day and she don't look to bad yet. Yes you can tell she is not the picture of health but she gets along pretty darn good for a 75 yr old. Also had an uncle who got cancer as an old man and was told he had less then a year. He lived 6 yrs more and then died of a heart atack. The moral of this story is never give up hope. Follow all the latest medical recamandations and go ahead and prove the dr. wrong. As they say in poker, call their bluff. For the service and safety your son has provided for me all these years I say a big THANKYOU. The Flying Belgian.
