I guess I take the power of the bigger tractors for granted.

Had to drag a spring tooth back in to the yard from clear across the farm. Used the old M 'cause I thought it would be kinda fun to let 'er limber up a little.

However, it really surprised me when the governor kicked in just to lift that harrow. It actually made that old tractor "snort" a bit to get the thing up off the ground. :>)

I figure that short run probably cost ya around $10 worth of gasoline... LOL

You sure that's an M? Seems more equipped like a 656 to me... :)

Sure is a fun old tractor. Maybe someday I can put a bigger set of rear tires on the ol' pooper.

Looks like it would be even more fun to drop'er in the ground and see what Mr. M does with it in 4th. Spring tooths don't pull so hard, bet she'd go right along. Well, maybe 3rd.

Know what would make that 'ol "M" really sweet? Put a ROPS and canopy on it and slap some 16.9-38s on the rear

So why is it not a muddy mess after that snow you just had?

Gumbo.

1/4" of rain and it's four-wheel-drive all the way. 20 minutes later, dirt is blowin' and yer prayin' for rain. :>)

Naw, fields are still kinda wet; might be able to go on Saturday if it doesn't rain again.

It's Nebraska. The moisture from the snow is gone in a matter of hours.
