Well I have this Oliver 60 engine in a Cletrack HG well it hasn't been run in about a year maybe more. It will fire up and run for 10-15 minutes then stumble and maybe died or maybe catch back up. Spark is good, choking it doesn't help or hurt. You can adjust the main jet in out or even take it and and it doesn't change a thing. I figure its a carb problem but figure I'd see if you guys agree. Either way the carb is sitting in the soup till tomorrow. Thanks

OLD, I do not know if this would apply to your OLLY but I once worked on a 424 INT with the saw problem. Owner want a tune up think that might fix about the same problem but was way more intermittent. I did the tune not finding anything. Be fore he pick-up the tractor I notice the fuel line fitting into the carb was wepping a little fuel. Being in one of my anil moments I took the fitting of for a little T-tape. I found this fitting HAD a screen that fit into a cavity in the carb. This screen was fill with various lengths of straw. Cleaned the screen. Enine had no more problem. This tractor also had a fuel pump. I would not have thought the straw would have gotten through the pump.

LOL, by the time I payed for fuel there and back I could probably buy one out here, thanks any how. I'd bet my son sure would love to play with that machine you have. I made the mistake when he was 5 or so to put him on my TD6 I had and let him play out in the field. Ever since he likes things with tracks better then ones with tires.

What about a cracked gasket or something causing a vacuum leak when it warms up?
I'm sure you've checked the spark and such already.

Vacuum seems ok since I did all this with the air clearer hose off and held my hand over the intake and it sucked pretty hard. I did open up the carb and it does look bad so I figure if I get lucky that will be the problem. If after a carb rebuild that does not fix the problem I'll move on to other theings. I need this little crawler at this time to clear out a fence row so I can do a new fench. This fence row is full of thorns so I want to use a track machine to clear it out not a tire machine

How about the condensor? They can act fine cold and then act funny when they warm up. Just a thought.

its bad if you cant fix it old :-)

It sounds like a fuel line issue, its clogged or blocked of something. Some fuel trickles in, but it runs out after 15 mins. It sits, more trickles in, etc, etc, etc.

Id take it off and blow it out with a compressor or something. Also look in the gas tank for something blocking the exit to the line

Lance not that I can't I haven't done much to it yet to find the problem. Been sitting in a shed now for a year, ever since I had a problem with water in the oil because of a bad freeze plug in the head. Fixed the freeze plug problem last fall and it has set ever since. I have good flow of fuel to the carb and also out the carb drain so I figure it has to be a carb problem. Maybe after I put a kit in all will be well again

"fire up and run for 10-15 mins and then stumble and die."

Junk in your sediment bowl and gas tank.

I would agree but I have a good flow out the drain in the bottom of the carb and also out the line going to the carb
