last week went to work two different days in four wheel drive due to snow storms, this morning killed small rattler in pasture and 70 degrees today. Some areas too wet to Farm and I saw sprinklers going at the cemetary. What a year.

What a year is right. Killed a snake two days ago on road near me. Think it was one of them cotton mouths.
Rain rain rain and more coming into night and part of tomorrow. Need a week at least of good warm weather so I can paint my tractor outside. No garage here! Just can't seem to get it around here.

Larry did you know here in Missouri its a $10,000 fine to kill any snake?? Yep not legal to kill a snake in Missouri and if you do not know 100% sure what it is and you get caught it can be a big time hurt on the back pocket. If it was a spickled king snake thats a $10,000 snake and you better not open your mouth on that one

Ha-thats good Ih2444--I'm troubled with big black snakes here. have to watch carefully this time of year--they like to crawl up in equip. & autos for warmth. about had a runaway last year--pushed my pt cruiser in shop-raised hood--big snake on engine--we both jumped-i ran backwards,he ran somewhere between firewall & insulation. Now,i just can't make myself change a timing belt with his company. Jacked up car, left shop door up--came back later & found his "footprints" in floorsweep going out the door. I don't think he was a lawyer or politic-ian, he wasn't poisonous.
