Hey mayby someone can help me out. I bought a 1086 with about 5600 hrs. everything works good except the 3 point will not go down unless the tractor sits for about 4 hrs. This really sucks when you are trying to move hay. Thanks

Pull the top link plate off the back of the tractor and take a trouble light and look in and on the right side there is and arm that come up from the bottom and one that hangs down from the top , this is you DRAFT sensing control . The arm from the top should be BEHIND the one coming up from the bottom . If it is not then with the aid of a hook to pull the top arm back place it behind the one from the bottom . Now one point that if your tractor has the PFC system then there may be other problems . But for the most part this is the common problem.

Move your draft control lever to the light setting. See if that will help.

Will it move if you throw the T/A lever ahead?

Does the Power Steering still work or did we loose the main hydraulics?

Allan
