Hello guys, sorry for the OT post but I dont know who else to ask. You guys know everything. I have searched and searched and cannot find an answer to this. I have an old tackle box that has a bunch of old disintegrated plastic baits in it from years ago. I want to clean up this melted worm gunk and use the box again. Anybody know a solvent for this stuff?

Hillbilly.

Belive me it's easier just to pitch it and go buy a new one ,been down that road before . Bacause you will never get all the solvent out of the trays and it will contamanate your bait that you put back in the box and fish hate chemical tastes .

Do what I do! I throw it away and get a new one. Tackle boxes are really cheap to buy these days. I never did get a box clean I had. Never do all the work to one again either. *S

Goo-gone. That is absolutely amazing stuff. I used it to clean off the remnants of a now-missing bug deflector (glue) on the hood of my truck.
