This one is/was held at the Rockin K Ranch in Charlotte,NC.Its put on by the Power Of The Past Tractor Club, and each year they have restored a tractor to give away to benefit a childrens home in Charlotte. My searches dont turn up anything pertaining to this particualr club or show except old show dates. The other shows you two have mentioned are not them, as far as I know, but they could have easily been changed to a different location.

Pretty sure the one at Killian is the one you are refering to. They call the tractor the "Angel Tractor". I think it has been about 3-4 years since they were at the Rocking K.

You probably are refering to the Killian Farm Show. It is actually considered to be in Denver. It will be the first weekend in May, and the third weekend in Oct.
