Say a tractor rolled over onto the side the exhaust manifold is on and layed there for about 4 hours. And the engine oil ran into the exhaust manifold. Then it was set back up and sat upright for a month or so. Then the engine was started with no problems and has run like a top for say 10 times 30 minutes each time, but it smokes everytime it's run, not out of the exhaust pipe but seems to be where the exhaust pipe and manifold meet. What should I do? Just keep running it until it's all burnt out of the manifold? Thanks

Set it up for a good pull to get some heat going in there to burn the oil out.

I, also, would run it. IF THERE IS DRAMATIC smoke, I would be cautious of fire. JimN

That or take the manifold off and wash it out. I myself would let er smoke until it quit.
