Greeting ladies and gentlemen Many thanks for allowing me to lurk and learn.Been six months since I brought my mf265 in to repair a small leak, well after new seals(UK)bearings(JAP)tubes(US)tires(INDIA)and many other items we see a small light at the end of the tunnel. I live in the Philippines(expat)and this being the time comsummer as parts are two months away and some times wrong so reorder at three to five times US prices.Be thankful you are who you are and where you are. I can not find hydr fluid80/90.Only gear oil at this weight. We have three gas stations but limited stock.Shell,Petron,celtex.took back HD68 to celtex as was told it was too light.Any one know this product or can suggest anything else. No one knows words like permatran m1103,donax etc.Presently straining old fluid as last resort.
could use help.Thank you in advance.
Joe.

I don't think there's such a thing as 80/90 hydraulic oil. Perma-Tran III is the best but a universal tractor fluid meeting the MF spec will work. Sometimes it's called TDH which stands for transmission, differential and hydraulic fluid. I wouldn't use standard hyd. oil. The oil serves more than the hydraulics. Dave
