there was an email floating around that had something about Mr Rogers. Same one was talking about an interview with lee marvin about his actions during the war when he was bragging on his sgt who was so great. Turned out the Sgt was Cpt Kangaroo. Anything is possible in our country. Zero to Hero and Hero to Zero stories are unfolding everyday if you open your eyes and look. Who checks the Snopes info anyway, for all we know, it could be a bunch of Libs trying to discredit our heros :roll:

I heard it said somewhere after Mr. Rogers death that the reason he wore sweetters was to cover Tatoo's that were on his arms from his day in the military. I have NO WAY to confirm this.

Actually - Mr Rogers never served in ANY branch of the armed forces. He WAS and ordained minister, though.....

One thing they got wrong was the Niagra Falls freeze up. At least, the American Falls have completely frozen. There are pictures to prove it. The Canadian Falls? Maybe not.
