I did about him gettin' stuck and today I buried my JD so bad I had to go drive a Backhoe 15+ miles to get it out.

P.S. Don't try using your New Hay Spear, on the front end loader, jabbed in the ground, to push yourself out!!! Makes it bend in all kinda funny directions!!!

Yeah Walt. It's one of those days I wish I'da stayed in da bed.

Ya know? I just posted over to Allan about those pictures from Walt, except I called him Davis. Sorry Walt, you been coming here as long or longer than me, I know better but its late and I'm sore. But...them pictures kept going through my mind while I was trying to drag out some oaks I'd just cut down. First pass through the permafrost got muddy. Second pass was almost uncontrollable, and sure didn't let off pulling until I got to some safe ground. Didn't go back for a third pass. Guess we'll just hold up for a few days. Them trees can start seasoning right where they are and I'll just have to check myself better for wood ticks when I go back out there.

Thanks for them pictures Walt...do not not let up on pulling until yer out of there, and don't go back too soon. My back and arms already kill me from the chain saws. Don't need to struggle with buried tractors.
