Looks like a Struck (spelling?) My Nephew has
one, all hydraulic, couple of pumps and drive
motors. you can still get parts for them.

I recognize a Tecumseh anywhere. That Sir, is a Tecumseh. I have no clue what the rest of it is, but I sure do like it. Wanna sell it...along with the Tecumseh?

maybe a struck, also, if i remember right [ and the mrs claims i never do] didn't popular mechanics have a kit like that that you could send for and build a mini dozer from the plans and common type parts, back in the '60's?
