Lower water neck heater on oliver 77 pic included

Well my water heater gave up the ghost today I want to replace the element. The element says oliver corporation and the no. on the element is 161820. It is 1000 watt. Where could a guy find one??

I had the simular type heater on my 1988 Freightliner. No problem gettinr replacement parts for it.

Will a regular headbolt heater screw into the end of that tee. If you take the old one out and take it to napa they may have one to fit.

Take the heater out of the cast tube and take it to NAPA or your favorite parts house and see if they can match it. The one on my 1850 quit and I got the replacement at NAPA. Chris

have you checked with plumbing shops to see if they would have something similar that would fit in there, the pic looks like the element just screws in to the body of the heater so a water heater element may work for you in there.
