Did you check to make sure there wasn't any water in any of the cylinders. If there is won't do ya any good to put any of the concoctions in any of your cyllinders as the oil products will just floot to top of the water.

1..If it was me I would just go ahead and pull the head(save youself lots of grieve) dry out the cylinder, hone rust out of cylinders that is rusty(this way you are not likely to break piston lands) After which wipe out as much crud as you can out, then fill each cylinder with what ever "snake oil" forumula you decide to try. Most are as good as the time you give them time to work!!!

2. Just pull the durn oil pan. Your going to need to look in there anyway. Need to check to make sure oil pickup is clear(not rusted up) also need to look and make sure nothing else is not all rusted up also!!!

Here is a picture of a Alis C(same engine as B) that I finished couple years ago...poor thing set outside in rain, sleet, snow and any other kinda weather you can think of for 25+ years...And nothing over the exhaust. Exhaust was completely rusted away, had to purchase intake/exhaust. Anyway this is what it looks like now...And last I seen it,it was sitting on a tractor dealers showroom floor. Fitting place for it after all the abuse and neglect over the years.

We've been trying to tell the boy... Drain the fluids, pull the head, and then let us know what you find.
