Kieth-W.O. Jones is doing well but his health is not letting him do the things he wants to do. He has been my mentor for my life (has forgot more than I will ever know) about two cyl. tractors. Tell me what you need and maybe I can be of some help. I live east of Delphi and turn some wrenches. Bill Appleton

thanks for your reply bill. i used this tractor last summer to rake hay. it did a great job for me.it developed a few things along the way. it ran fine but the speed control dosent work right . i also have charging issues with it. i dont think there is anything major, just little stuff. i would just like some one who has more knowledge and time than me to go over it and fix these things. if you are interested and have shop space i would like to talk to you.you can e-mail me directly if youd like. thank you so very much for your time. keith

i think mr jones still is alive. you are very right about him working at jlp in flora, and i heard as you said he was one of the best at jd tractors. i know of him a bit. but i think he is probably not actually working on these tractors anymore because of his age. if you know of anyone close to me please let me know. or if someone knows mr jones and im wrong about him working on two cylinders please let me know. thanks keith

If you know Mr.Jones, why not contact him . If he doesn't work on them anymore, maybe he can recommend someone he knows. Can't hurt to ask, might just make his day to talk to somebody about old tractors he used to work on. Chris

Wilbur Jones, my dad, is indeed alive & well at 85. Right now he is visiting 2 of his daughters in Washington & Colorado. He'll get back to Indiana around April 15, give or take a few days.
You can contact him at 765-564-2857. You can also send an email via my brother Jack Jones(joneses@skywayusa.net.

Best regards,
Dusty Davidson
