My wife likes to bake bread and I like to eat good home made bread and other goodies that come from the kitchen. We have not been able to fine hard red wheat here or on line that would make good wheat bread. When we were in Winnipeg for Christmas, she got some Robin Hood flower that makes good bread. We can not get Canadian Robin Hood flower here in Washington State and would just as soon grind our own flower. So the question to you mid west grain farmers do you know of anyone that sells small quantities of grain on line?

Thank you,
Fred P..... .....

Find some King Arthur or Heckers or Cresota brand flour. These flours are unbleached. The above companies have web sites. My wife tells me not to bring home Robin Hood flour.Never argue with the cook..

Do a search for Montana Wheat in Three Forks MT they will sell the flour and have a bakery on site there. They are right on the juction of I-90 and US-287. They also have many different flours available and in different quantities.

Check out Link

My Father-in-law used to work for them. He said they always treated him fairly and were nice people. Ashley, ND is where my wife is from - nice little town. :)

I bought around thirty 5 gallon buckets of red wheat recently - online. Got it from Waltonfeed.com I'm sure there are many places since grains work well for long-term storage and survival/disaster type food-reserves.
