I am trying to help a friend restore a Massey Harris 33.The engine is a E201 Continental .Are pistons, liners or complete engine rebuild kits available for these engines. He is unfamiliar with the Massey Harris line and doesn't know where to look.Any help finding parts or possibly a complete engine(what else were these 201 Continentals used in?)would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Mark

I don't know. Never had it ice up with gas. I think the e85 has a differant vaporization point cooling the intake charge more, causing more icing. This was in 90* weather

If parts for these Cont'l's are no longer generally available, the following have been mentioned as dependable places to deal with for obsolete parts:
montesequipment.com (Gerrard Moon)
foleyengines.com
continentalengines.com
industrialenginerebuilders.com
While the first two have many complimentary posts, I have no personal experience with any, and have no idea of prices; they were all mentioned as obsolete Cont sources in posts here and on other old eqpmt sites.
Should anyone who reads this have had less than satisfactory experience with any, please advise.
I don't think the E201 was a wildly popular engine, but I was wrong once last year, and could be wrong on this (or was it that I was right once last year???). I'll check a few catalogs to see what's listed. Good luck.
