Hey all! I want to decorate my new heated
garage where I keep my MF243 and lawn
tractors.I"am looking for big posters like
MF,IH,Ford and all the others. Something that
shows a tractor or company logo. Posters like
24"x36". Not those little tins.If you know where to find these let me know back. Thanks

What IH tractors do you have? You seem to be knowledgeable on quite a few of them!

Joe

On my Dad's farm we have: F12, F14, A, two H's, W9, 544, 1086, 1460 combine, Case 2590, JD 8630, JD 4450 MFWD, and a few IH, JD, and Fairbanks-Morse stationary engines. Tractors we used to have that I operated include SMTA, 400, 656, 1256, and AC D15.

I have personally overhauled an H engine from top to bottom and taken apart the rearend and transmission on one. I was involved with the rebuilding of the F12 helping my Dad (I was 10 years old at the time). I've had the clutch and flywheel out of and the head off of the W9. I took a neighbor's A apart to put in a new clutch and also replaced most of the gaskets and seals, too. I helped rebuild the engine in the 544 and had the head off myself later on, along with putting a new clutch in it.

Working for other people I have run several other tractors, including 350 utility, 504, 966, 1486, 5088, 5488, 7130, 1440 combine, 1688 combine, Massey 1805 and 4900, JD 4255, 9600 combine, driven a couple of semis with grain trailers, numerous single and tandem axle trucks, etc.

As for my knowledge, I read a lot of books on tractors and I also read a lot of the posts here on YTmag. I remember what I read and I have many different subjects book marked on my computer. Spending time on the computer is something that keeps me occupied and is basically free entertainment for me... :)

Super Scout Specialists can be found at Link

I am in Fort Mohave, right near the Colorado River where AZ, NV, and CA all meet.

We are trying to decide what will be "my room" in the new house to decorate with tractor paintings, my 1/16 model collection, tractor advertisements, etc. I'm hoping I get the living room because I have a ton of stuff!

Steve F,

Do you have the web address for them? Where are you at in AZ? I am in Stanfield. I just bought an IH 656 that if you do a search in the photos you can see.
I would like to buy some posters myself so that I can make one of my rooms a tractor room. I have my Rodeo Room (Living Room), Motorcycle bedroom, Tractor bedroom, Patriotic bedroom and Bicycle Master bedroom and Rooster kitchen. I guess there are some perks to being single, lol!

Take Care,

Joe

Alot of the time while I am killing time here at work I will go to e-bay and search "ford tractor" and look at every thing on there (all 1400 items). Most of the time there some tractor posters on sale there. A search of "tractor poster" gets 75 hits on there right now and you get a varety of sizes and colors.

Hope this helps.

Dave

I have a customer who is in to roller coasters. He snaps his own good pictures and has them made into poster size prints and hangs them in his business. Don't know if there is an alternative.
