Right by the bottom needle valve on H carberator is a indentation with a plug of som sort gas is leaking out og there whats the plug for?? Thanks, Duane

That is a drain plug to empty the carb for storage or drain out old fuel or whatever.
Replace the plug if it cannot be tightened. The carb bowl is cast; you can use a pipe thread tap to clean the threads if needed. A little teflon tape on the plug and you are ready to go.

Drain valve for letting the water out if you got water in the carb. If the valve goes bad a plug is often put there. If it's leaking and you cant tighten it you could do teflon tape-being careful to avoid putting tape near the ends of the threads because you dont want the tape getting in the carb jets. Or a soft-metal (aluminum or brass) plug that would conform better to the threads on the carb. Or you could use automotive gastank repair putty to fill the hole and seal it up.
