F-20 brake cable bracket removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the steering brake cable bracket that is on the front bolestor that the brake clevis" hook to is removed mine is broken and I need to put another one on it dose the whole bolestor need to be removed? how dose the steering shaft come out? anything else that I may need to know?

Yeah, take the lid off the steering box on the top of the bolster. Remove the nut and that will let the shaft drop out the bottom. Raise the front of the tractor several feet and you can change the arm.
