I am going to keep posting these just to keep you happy!!

How difficult is it to replace the rear main seal on a Super H? I have it all split and am looking at it. Looks like just dissasemble the support under the seal housing, then take the aluminum castings off and replace it.

How about the front? I want to replace anything that can leak.

Any tricks? I jsut got my binder manual in the mail so that will help too.

Thanks, Gene

Well, Gene looks like I am late again. Scott has it covered. Not a big job at all since you already have it split. Watch that front end though, they get a little wobbly when loose from the tractor.

You got it on the rear seal replacement. The front you remove the front cover and drive in a new seal. Bad thing is you have to pull the front bolster to make room for the front pulley/cover removal.

You could try the Farmall board.

Andy, I was posting here so georgeky could have a "real tractor question" to answer. He was complaining a night or so ago that there were not many real tractor questions on this forum anymore.

Gene, I was merely making an out loud observation. If this is the only reason you posted tractor questions that you obviously knew the answers to before hand, it is a little childish on your part. Go right ahead with the tractor/car/chimney/weedeater topics, but don't instigate problems that are non existant.
