Does the serial # Start with KC on a 10-20 ?

When we start a tractor for the first time, we belt em up to another one. If you can't do that and have to pull, make sure you check the clutch operation and check the mag kill. Even if you are cranking, check the mag kill. We had a few runaways from sticky governor linkage and other problems, and it's good to have an out. Mine seem to like the choke for a few turns, and then they go.
