Thanks, We only use it for cleaning out an old barn....and that is going to end also as we don't use that facility anymore....just trying to decide how much its going to cost to get the thing running again....and if its worth it...the one big plus is the front hydraulics for the clam bucket on a small skid loader.....that is hard to find. I have been using it more around the house with brush piles and landscaping... It's nice to run over the lawn with vs our NH LS180. \

Problem is I am not much of a mechanic and to hire this done...I might as well scrap it..... ...I think I will just have to see how grease and I get along...I think those motors come out pretty easy...

Yep they come out real easy.

Four bolts on the bottom side of the skid plate.

Remove the wire to the starter, the throttle and choke cable.

Then loosen the set screws on the drive coupler and slide it out.

Takes about 15 minutes to pull the motor.

I use to pull the motor on mine to change the starter or change the oil filter.

Mine was one of the first made and did not have the hole in the frame for the filter to come out.

So i would pull the motor instead of fighting in side the little chamber where the motor sets.

The biggest thing to watch for on a new motor is the height of the shaft from the mounting plate.

You can drill new holes anywhere in that plate to mount the new motor.
