Hi Everyone,
Here is a link to my album of photos of my 1943 Farmall H that I restored. I'm almost 15 and I restored this tractor, it was in pretty rough shape when I got it, but it was running (not running good). This tractor used to be my Grandpa's tractor. My Grandpa died in 1998 and now I own his tractor. I restored it and I painted it and I really love this tractor! It starts and runs great. You can see my photos by clicking the link below.

Thanks,
Andy Motteberg

Looks great! In one photo, there is a lever on the right front side - do you have shutters on the tractor? Mine is a 48, and doesn't have the lever.

I'm going to get another tractor to restore in the Spring, I'm making payments on it now.

Very nice! I have a 1943 H also that I redid and painted this summer and like yours has the cut-off rear wheels but mine has a single front wheel. There is a pic of it in the tractor photos on this site!

I think I remember seeing your H in the photos longer ago. I think I commented on it too.

Thanks, Andy.

Andy, having an old tractor is nice, but having your grandfather's tractor makes it twice as nice. I'm almost 4 times older than you, but I still get a thrill whenever I drive Grandpa's tractor. You did a great job.

Here's a picture of my 1600 I rebuilt. It was Grandpa's too and I started to tear into it in 03 and finished it in 06.

The next project I get to help on is my brother's 550 we picked up on Friday. third party image

Actually, the arms are off one we got at a bone yard. Now the extra frame is gonna get trad4ed for the hood the guy got with the original arms. All will be happy with the deal.
